Floor done on the landings.  Baseboard placed on the stairs. All that needs to be done now is varnish the steps and paint the railing.

The study is ready for the painter.  The the room is done.

Down in Mentone, Eric stands next to the caps for the chimneys which are fabricated and ready to be installed (once the plasterer decides to finish the stucco).

Here we go again.  The gang wonders down Pineridge.
